This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) bodyweight workout combines the fast, efficient training style of HIIT with the simple and efficient nature of bodyweight training.
Not only will it give you a great cardio workout but it will also allow you to increase your strength levels and muscle mass. The best part is that no equipment is required to complete this workout.
It contains 10 exercises and each exercise should be performed for 20 seconds at a high intensity and then followed by a 10 second rest.
The standard workout can be completed in 5 minutes but if you want a longer or more challenging workout, simply repeat the 10 exercises as many times as you like.
